DTA appoints head of consultancy

The Development Trusts Association has appointed former British Urban Regeneration Association deputy chief executive Jess Steele as head of consultancy.
Steele who was appointed by the association at the beginning of April, comes to the role with significant experience in the sector, having spent three years working as programmes director and deputy chief executive of the British Urban Regeneration Association.
