Agreement reached to limit chugging in Leeds

Leeds City Council has signed a formal agreement with the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association to limit the number of face-to-face fundraisers on the city's streets.
The agreement will allow face-to-face fundraisers to carry out up to 11 events a week, spread across three different areas of the city.
