New code to avoid trustee conflict

Trustees should prevent potential board conflicts becoming personal by introducing a code of conduct when things are going well, according to a new Charity Trustee Networks guidance document.
Codes of Conduct for Trustees, which was launched on 19 November by third sector minister Kevin Brennan, says small charities need only "some basic ground rules for behaviour".
