Social enterprise launches governance self-assessment framework

Social enterprise Investing in Governance has devised a way for charities to assess and improve their governance procedures.

The 24-page document includes 69 best practice guidelines under 11 headings, which cover topics from recruitment to the induction and appraisal of trustees.
