Social enterprise plans to be released

Capacitybuilders will next month unveil plans for new provisions to support social enterprises.
The proposals, which will form part of a strategy for the delivery of the ChangeUp programme, are expected to focus on a three-year funding programme for enterprises, starting in 2008.
