Social enterprise staff 'have more pride at work'

Employees of social enterprises show more pride in their work than their counterparts in the public, private and voluntary sectors, according to a poll by Social Enterprise London.
In a survey to which 106 people responded, 59 per cent of social enterprise employees said they were proud of the organisations they worked for, as opposed to a composite rating of 27 per cent across the other sectors. Whereas only 30 per cent of public, private and voluntary sector...
