Help with social networking and search engine rankings from media company Alienation Digital

Charities are being offered a day of free help to improve their use of digital media.

Media company Alienation Digital will run a ‘free charity day' during which its staff will work on charities' websites, improve their search engine rankings or train staff in the use of Twitter and video e-marketing.

Simon Bennison, digital marketing manager at the firm, said his company would select a number of charities and devote the day to helping each one with its individual needs.

He said charities could apply by emailing workforfree@alienationdigital.co.uk and that the application process would close in the next few weeks.
