Miliband retains sector responsibility

Ed Miliband is to have overall responsibility for the voluntary sector in his new Cabinet job as Minister for the Cabinet Office and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, replacing Hilary Armstrong.
"After a year working with charities, voluntary groups and social enterprise, I am particularly delighted to be able to continue that work," he said.
