Compact 'of limited use in Wales'

The Compact is still making little impact in Wales, according to a survey of county voluntary councils in the principality conducted by the Wales Council for Voluntary Action.
The survey has found that local Compacts are in place or being redrafted in all Welsh counties, but the authors express concern about Rhondda Cynon Taf County Voluntary Council’s description of its local compact as “dormant”, and Monmouthshire CVC’s claim that its compact was of “limited, if any, use”.
