Movers: Sally Young, Chief executive, Edward Lloyd Trust

Sally Young has been appointed chief executive of learning disability charity the Edward Lloyd Trust. She joins from the Commission for Patient and Public Involvement in Health, where she was northern director for four years. She replaces Pam Lawrence, who was chief executive for 20 years and is now a consultant.
