Adrian Hatch joins Thai Children's Trust

The Thai Children's Trust has appointed Adrian Hatch as chief executive. He joined from the same position at the International Refugee Trust.

Gus Baldwin is the new director of external affairs at Bowel Cancer UK. He was managing director, public affairs and engagement, at Leonard Cheshire Disability.

The Campaign to Protect Rural England has appointed Tom Fyans, UK head of campaigns at Amnesty International, as director of campaigns and policy.

Wendy Tabuteau has joined the mental health charity Partnership for Children as chief executive. She was previously director of ThePromise, which supports children with disabilities in Russia.

The sight loss charity RNIB has appointed Alex McDowell (left) as group head of community development and growth. He joins from the NSPCC, where he was head of legacy and tribute fundraising.

Allan Bowie is the new chief financial officer and director of corporate services at the National Trust for Scotland. He was previously with the Bristow Group.

Venture Trust, which helps people with chaotic lifestyles in Scotland, has promoted Amelia Morgan from head of finance and administration to chief executive. She also led the development of Venture Mor, its social enterprise.

Sacha Richardson joins child bereavement charity Winston's Wish as director of family services. He was director of therapeutic services at The Laura Centre.

Paul Williams has been appointed chief executive of the Bible Society, which aims to make scripture available to all. He joins in September from Regent College, Vancouver, where he is research professor of marketplace theology and leadership.

Development charity WaterAid has appointed Olga Ghazaryan as director of international programmes. She joins in June from Oxfam GB.

Children's charity Tree of Hope has made Emma Bourne fundraising manager. She was development manager at St Mary's Special School in Bexhill, Kent.

Ruth Baker is appointed head of major partnership international development charity Practical Action and Lisa Gardner is supporter services manager.
