The alphabet soup of the self-regulation of fundraising

Third Sector video: Good progress, but some way to go - the Big Fundraising Questions Live panel discusses the self-regulation structure and whether it's fit for purpose

The IoF, the FRSB and the PFRA: that's the Institute of Fundraising, the Fundraising Standards Board and the Public Fundraising Regulatory Association. Where do people begin if they have a grievance? The Big Fundraising Questions Live panel thought the self-regulatory system could be improved.

This is the second video from Big Fundraising Question Live, held in Third Sector's Fundraising Week. Two more videos will address cold calling by fundraisers and the rule that only members of the Fundraising Standards Board can fundraise at railway stations.
