PIMCO's commitments go beyond investment management. In addition to focusing on meeting our responsibilities to the people and institutions who rely on us to manage their retirement and investment assets, we contribute to the communities where we work and live by giving our time and resources through The PIMCO Foundation.

2017 Request for Proposals

The PIMCO Foundation Europe is currently seeking proposals for its 2017 Grant Programme. This year’s programme will provide funding of up to £20,000 for charities which align with one of the Foundation’s giving themes:

  • Food Security: We seek out organisations focused on providing children and families with access to healthy, nutritious meals
  • Homelessness: We support proven programmes that equip individuals and families at risk of, or currently experiencing, homelessness with access to long-term, sustainable housing
  • Youth Emloyment: We seek to support work-readiness organisations that are focused on driving social mobility and developing young people’s (ages 16 to 24) employability skills. Consideration will be given to charities focused on preparing individuals for employment, and  developing skills that contribute to economic well-being.

How to Apply

All application materials must be submitted via the online application portal, which will be open starting 13 February and ending 24 March 2017. Notifications of awards will be made by June with disbursements being made in December for a 2018 programme year.
