Finance: Charities Property Fund reports return of 3.6 per cent in first quarter

The Charities Property Fund, managed by Cordea Savills, has reported a total return of 3.6 per cent in the first quarter of 2007. The figure, which represents income and capital, takes the performance over the past 12 months to a return of 17.5 per cent. The fund now has £381m of investment and 941 investors.
