Bill Mumford, new chair, Voluntary Organisations Disability Group

Bill Mumford is the new chair of the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group. Mumford has been chief executive of MacIntyre, the charity supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, since 1995. He replaces Bryan Dutton, chief executive of Leonard Cheshire Disability, who is stepping down after three years in the role.
