Bullying Online refuses to sign up

Bullying Online has refused to sign up to what it calls a "gagging clause" being imposed on members of the Anti-Bullying Alliance, the government-funded coalition of charities headed by ChildLine founder Esther Rantzen. Bullying Online director Liz Carnell said she would not sign up to the alliance's code because she wanted to be able to speak out on issues that divide the alliance.
