CAF heralds new era with three new appointments

The Charities Aid Foundation has appointed a customer services director, a change director and a chief executive of CAF Bank.
The new appointments complete a restructuring of the charity’s senior management after changes to its departmental structure that it described as “the biggest shake-up in its 80-year history” ( Third Sector Online , 11 February ).
