BME charity consortium launches in north-west

Black and minority ethnic organisations have formed a consortium in the north-west to bid for regional service delivery contracts.
The North-West BME Third Sector Consortium was launched in Manchester last week by the Council of Ethnic Minority Voluntary Sector Organisations.
