CSV in European volunteering call

Volunteering charity CSV is to pressure UK MPs to back plans for a European year of volunteering in 2011.
The organisation believes that having a recognised year would promote volunteering as a way of building European identity, encourage more Europeans to volunteer and allow countries to exchange information on volunteering policies.
