Voluntary sector employees have just a few more days to take part in this year’s Charity Pulse survey.

The annual survey, carried out by Third Sector in partnership with Birdsong Charity Consulting, is designed to find out what life is like for voluntary sector workers.

An initial analysis of this year’s survey, which is open until 12 April, showed that 38 per cent of respondents believe morale at their charity is high, compared with 29 per cent in the final results last year.

Charity employees can choose to participate anonymously or leave their details to be entered into a draw to win four free coaching sessions with Birdsong.
