Time is running out to enter this year’s Third Sector Business Charity Awards, which recognise the contribution made by UK companies to charities and social enterprises: the deadline is Friday 20 February.

There are 18 categories this year, including awards for Business of the Year, Outstanding Employee, Best Charity Partnership by a Small Business and Challenge Event.

The awards will be judged by a panel of experts from the charity and private sectors, and the winners will be announced at a black-tie event at The Brewery in London on 19 May.

Winners in 2014 included the IT company Cisco for its partnership with Comic Relief, the betting company Paddy Power for its work with Stonewall and Marks & Spencer for its collaboration with Unicef.

Stephen Cook, editor of Third Sector, said: "Businesses across the UK have formed some tremendous partnerships with charities and the voluntary sector. The Business Charity Awards provide an opportunity to recognise the invaluable contribution companies make to the charity sector."

Full details of the categories and how to enter are available here.
