Tracey Reddings is leaving her post as CAF's executive director of charity financial services to become director of charities at Barings Asset Management.
Reddings, who has been at CAF for eight years, said the move was part of her career development plan and would complement what she had achieved so far. Under her leadership, charity funds managed by CAF's charity financial services division have grown from £489m to £1.5bn. Reddings also helped establish CAF's SRI fund, UK Equitrack fund and Fixed Rate Selector Account.
Reddings, who is set to leave in December, will be the sixth CAF director to go in the past year. Her exit closely follows that of former research director Cathy Pharoah last month. Asked why she had chosen to leave, Reddings said: "Everyone has their own reasons why it is a good time to consider a career move."
Reddings confirmed that she, CAF bank members and trustees were embarking on their search for a successor.
