Shirley Scott, former chief executive of the Charity Finance Directors' Group, has joined voluntary sector IT supplier Protech Computer Systems as a non-executive director.
Scott, who left CFDG in December after 11 years, joins Protech at the beginning of February.
The company, which is based in Birmingham, specialises in serving charities, sports bodies, trade unions and the public sector. It provides software for record, relationship, fundraising and marketing functions.
"With her wealth of experience in the not-for-profit sector, we look forward to Shirley making a positive contribution," said Richard Couchman, the chairman at Protech.
Scott will remain as a trustee of Charity Trustee Networks. She is also a member of the finance committee at Comic Relief.
