Daisy Chain, a Teesside charity that supports children and young people with autism, says it's struggling to cope with the demand for its services after experiencing a 600 per cent rise in the number of families asking for help over the past year.
The possessions of the late TV presenter Sir Jimmy Saville – including a Rolls Royce Corniche, a BMW Isetta Bubble car and a diamond-encrusted 18 carat gold Rolex watch – will be auctioned in aid of the Jimmy Saville Charitable Trust.
