London Youth promotes Rosie Ferguson

- London Youth, which supports organisations for young people in London, has promoted Rosie Ferguson from operations director to chief executive.

- Mark Watson has become executive director of Tourism Concern, which campaigns against exploitation in the tourism industry. He was founder and executive director of the UK Foundation for Aids Research.

- PPavan Dhaliwalavan Dhaliwal has joined the British Humanist Association as head of public affairs. She previously ran her own consultancy.

- Endometriosis UK has appointed Helen North as chief executive after a spell in the interim role, and Trevor Dahl as the new chair.

- Anne Somers has become marketing director of the debt charity the Consumer Credit Counselling Service. She was previously head of marketing and business development at Aviva Life.

-Jodi HarfordJodi Harford is the new volunteering manager at Debra, which supports people affected by the skin condition epidermolysis bullosa. She was previously church appeals manager at the Church Urban Fund.
