Marcus Stephan joins Nordoff Robbins as chief executive

- The music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins has appointed Marcus Stephan as chief executive. He joined on 1 March from the same role at the British Obesity Society.

- Auditory Verbal UK, which works with deaf children and their families, has appointed Anita Grover as chief executive. She was previously the head of communications at the Department for Work and Pensions and will join the charity on 2 April.

Rebecca Walton has been appointed head of brand by the children's charity Unicef UK. She was senior brand and marketing manager at Save the Children.

Fiona Ellis will be the new trust manager of the Millfield House Foundation, which tackles social and economic inequality in north-east England. Ellis starts on 1 May and will continue to work as an independent consultant to the charity sector.

- EllenorLions Hospices, which cares for seriously ill adults and children in Kent, has appointed Rachel Holweger as director of fundraising. She joins from Hospice in the Weald, where she was fundraising director.
