Movers: Andy Haines, chief executive, Shaftesbury Young People

Andy Haines is the new chief executive of Shaftesbury Young People, a charity for young people in care.

He was previously chief executive of the Together Trust for 17 years. Haines succeeds Hilton Dawson, the former Labour MP for Lancaster and Wyre, who has resigned to return to a career in mainstream politics.
