Movers: Jude MacKenzie, associate director of advocacy and communications, Christian Aid

MacKenzie will join the international development charity in September after four years as director of communications at the Commission for Social Care Inspection.

Before that, she worked as a strategic communications adviser in the Prime Minister's office. "Jude's extensive experience will contribute greatly to shaping the future strategy of our work," said Daleep Mukarji, director of Christian Aid.

MacKenzie succeeds Kate Phillips, who has retired from the role after the charity conducted an internal communications review.
