Movers: Nick Rijke, public and external affairs director, The National Osteoporosis Society

Nick Rijke is the new public and external affairs director of the National Osteoporosis Society.

He joins from the Environment Agency, where he was head of stakeholder relations for more than two years.

Rijke previously worked as campaigns manager for the Liberal Democrats, before moving to the House of Commons as senior researcher to David Rendel, who was Liberal Democrat MP for Newbury from 1993 to 2005. Rijke also stood for Parliament in St Albans in 2001.
