Movers: Pauline Graham, chief executive, Social Firms Scotland

Pauline Graham has been appointed chief executive of representative body Social Firms Scotland.

Graham's previous job was at the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations, where she spent seven years managing a range of capacity-building and regeneration projects. She replaces Leona McDermid, who is the new commercial director at Foyer Enterprise, the trading arm of Scottish charity Aberdeen Foyer.
