IoF invites payroll giving tenders

The Institute of Fundraising has invited tender applications for a review of the structure of payroll giving. The scheme generates about £86m for charities, but is used by only 2 or 3 per cent of those on PAYE. Email or post proposals must be submitted by 5pm on 13 July.
