Fundraisers come top in staff satisfaction survey

Fundraisers are younger, less stressed and better paid than the average charity sector employee, according to research launched today.

Charity Pulse, the annual staff satisfaction survey started this year by Third Sector and Birdsong Charity Consulting, found that 40 per cent of fundraisers questioned were under 30 years of age, compared with 27 per cent of employees across the sector.
