Commission will face budget cuts

The Charity Commission is likely to have to stop or change some of its activities over the next few years because of a lack of funding, Dame Suzi Leather, chair of the commission, has warned.

Leather told the Public Administration Select Committee last week that she expected the commission's budget to be cut by 5 per cent over the next three years.
