Dignity in Dying names new chief executive

Pro-assisted dying charity Dignity in Dying has appointed Sarah Wootton, currently head of communications at the Equal Opportunities Commission, as its new chief executive.

Wootton, who spent seven years at the commission as part of a 17-year career in the public sector, succeeds Deborah Annetts, who has just been appointed as the new chief executive of YWCA England and Wales.
