Charity shop treasurer stole £50,000

The former treasurer of a WRVS shop in a Welsh hospital has received her third conviction for theft after admitting that she stole nearly £50,000 from the shop over a seven-month period.

Susan Hadlow, 60, was convicted of taking £47,137 between April and October last year from the WRVS shop at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital in Llantrisant, where she was employed part-time.
