Finance: Office of the Third Sector completes consultation

The Office of the Third Sector has completed a consultation on the changes to the audit, accounting and reporting rules required by the Charities Act 2006. The act calls for new reporting requirements for small charitable companies as well as revisions to the threshold for the audit of group accounts. Results of the consultation will be published by Christmas.
