Hub replacement funding to be cut by half

Total funding for the ChangeUp national support programmes will fall by about a half, figures from Capacitybuilders have confirmed.

Available cash for the nine initiatives, which will replace the six hubs in April, will be about £4.6m, compared with £8.9m in 2007/08, according to tender documents published by Capacitybuilders yesterday.
