Feedback wanted on best practice documents

Two umbrella groups are inviting sector feedback on the first draft of four publications intended to set out best practice in negotiation and procurement skills.
The publications, produced by chief executives body Acevo and the Development Trust Association, and funded by the Finance Hub, also cover VAT issues when working in partnership. Eight seminars will be held across England between November and February to gather feedback from third sector leaders and commissioners from statutory bodies....
