Scottish Government feels heat on fundraising regulations

The Institute of Fundraising Scotland will put pressure on the Scottish Government to publish the overdue benevolent fundraising regulations, part of the implementation of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.

The regulations will control how face-to-face and house-to-house fundraising is carried out north of the border.
