Unclaimed Gift Aid 'could fund institute for leaders'

Nick Clegg, Liberal Democrat leadership candidate, has called for unclaimed Gift Aid revenues to be put towards an institute for future charity leaders.
The institute would provide help and advice for voluntary sector managers.
