Odstock will not go to High Court

The body set up to take on a Salisbury hospital's private patients has decided not to appeal to the High Court against the Charity Commission's decision not to grant it charitable status.
Lawyers for Odstock Private Care said it had decided not to appeal because of the likely expense.
