Shake-up at Charities Aid Foundation

The Charities Aid Foundation has announced changes to its departmental structure that it describes as "the biggest shake-up in its 80-year history".

The organisation will no longer separate its departments into distinct businesses as it seeks to encourage information-sharing and joint working between different services.
