Minister plays ball with Groundwork scheme

Phil Hope, Minister for the Third Sector, had a knock about with Corby's Oakley Vale Estate tennis hopefuls in a recent visit to Groundwork's newest scheme in Northampton.
He made the trip to promote the Government’s support of community-based and local authority partnerships. Groundwork, which supports communities in need, is helping local volunteers run tennis coaching programmes during school breaks, to help young people qualify as community sports leaders.
