Major governance changes approved by Scope members

Scope members have overwhelmingly approved several major changes to the charity's governance arrangements at an extraordinary general meeting.

The proposals, which included a reduction in the number of the disability charity’s trustees from 25 to 15, were approved by 96 per cent of delegates – well above the required 75 per cent. The EGM also voted in the charity’s new board, headed by a new chair, disability employment...
