Charity Tribunal delayed

The launch of the Charity Tribunal has been delayed, the Office of the Third Sector has said.

The tribunal, which will offer a cheap way to challenge Charity Commission decisions, was due to open for business today. An OTS spokesman said there was a "minor delay due to administrative reasons". A new launch date has not been set. The Government has insisted that all 12 members of...
