At last: appeals panel bags case

The body set up to enable charities to challenge decisions made by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator has received its first case - almost 18 months after it was first established.
An Aberdeen charity took its case to the Scottish Charities Appeals Panel after the OSCR refused to allow it to call itself the Aberdeen Mosque and Islamic Centre. The OSCR said that name was already being used by another charity. The panel met last week and has 21 days to...
