Guidance addresses trustee delegation

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators has released new guidance for trustees and company secretaries of charities about which powers the board can delegate.

The guidance provides examples of more than 50 matters reserved for the board, from approving policies and budgets to drawing up health and safety policies and settling litigation.
