Donor gives £10m

A Yorkshire businessman has donated £10m to set up a fund for local charities.

Jimi Heselden, who owns Leeds-based manufacturing company Hesco Bastion, gave the money to the Leeds Community Foundation to set up the Hesco Bastion Fund after his company made a turnover of £190m in 2007-8.
