Gingerbread men to raise cash for Crimestoppers

Crimestoppers has cooked up a novel plan to tempt corporate donors - it is sending boxes containing 17 gingerbread men to businesses in a bid to persuade them to donate to the charity. The biscuits are intended to represent the number of people the charity helps to arrest each day.

The campaign has been launched to mark the crime-prevention charity’s 20th anniversary.
