Ady Dike is the new director of quality at drug and alcohol charity Addaction.
Dike will work alongside service users to involve them in the planning, designing, delivery and monitoring of all Addaction's services. Before joining Addaction, Dike worked as head of clinical governance and risk at Barking and Dagenham Primary Care Trust.
